To begin the proposal process, the Fund requires an overview of the company and details of the funding request. Pursuant to a discussion with Fund management, the following information will generally be required.

A complete Business Plan/Project Plan for the transaction including:

• 3 years of Financials for the borrower or developer/sponsor
• An operating plan and financial projections for commercial entities including an explanation of the products and markets served
• Financial projections for real estate projects with detailed development and construction budgets
• Biographies of key management personnel
