The Fund provided acquisition financing
to Woodward/Willis LLC for the property located at 4219 Woodward
Avenue, which consists of approximately 10,822 square feet
of land on Woodward Avenue just north of Willis. The developer’s
project plan requires the acquisition and assembly of four
parcels of property and includes the construction of a mixed-use
building at the northwest corner of West Willis and Woodward.
Upon completion, the building will have three stories with
3,649 square feet of ground floor commercial/retail space
and a total of 22 for-sale condominiums on the second and
third floors.
