Formed in 1999, Vitec utilizes
new technology to manufacture blow-molded plastic fuel tanks
for automotive OEMs. Vitec is one of the first projects
to locate in the Clark Street Technology Park in Detroit's
Empowerment Zone and provides the community with over 400
jobs. The investment from the Detroit Investment Fund
was used to assist the growth of the company.
