| The
Paradise Valley Condominiums project represents the redevelopment
of six acres originally owned by the Silvercup Bakery at Chene
and Hendricks and the construction of 86 for-sale condominium
units to be completed in two phases. The Fund is participating
in Phase I which includes site development and the vertical
construction of 30 units ranging in size from 1,170 to 2,016
square feet. The units will consist of 4-unit stacked
ranch-style condominiums and 2-unit duplexes. The developer,
Silvercup JV, LLC is a partnership between St. Paul CDC and
DPG Silvercup. The Fund partnered with LaSalle Bank and
the LaSalle CDC to finance this project |
