The Fund partnered with Kern Woodward Associates, a partnership of Schostak Brothers and the Sterling Group, on the purchase of the buildings at 1425 and 1437 Woodward that are now grouped with adjacent buildings to become Merchants Row. The Merchants Row buildings are located in the city’s central business district and contain 224,650 square feet. Merchants Row is being renovated to include 157 residential lofts with first floor commercial space. The first tenants moved in on October 16, 2004.
