Kirk's Automotive Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of new electrical, hydraulic, and air operated components for automotive, truck, bus, coach, and material handling equipment parts. In addition, it is one of the nation’s leading remanufacturers of distributors, small pumps and motors for the same industries. Kirk’s also manufactures product testing and standards equipment and distributes automotive and heavy duty replacement parts. It is the exclusive distributor for Eagle tugs to Ford, GM and Chrysler. Kirk’s has had its headquarters in Detroit since 1946 and currently employs over 60 people. This transaction was completed in partnership with Comerica Bank.
