The 55 Canfield Lofts project
will convert the former Graybar Electric building into a
30-unit, for-sale, loft condominium project with 4,161 square
feet
of commercial/retail space and adjacent parking with 51 spaces.
The 1926 three-story building is located at 55 W. Canfield
between Cass Avenue and Woodward. The Fund’s financing
was completed in partnership with the Woodward Corridor
Development
Fund, Standard Federal Bank and LaSalle Bank CDC.
