Development Centers, Inc.
(“DCI”) is a private, non-profit, Mental Healthcare
Agency established in 1983. DCI was formed from the merger
of two community mental health organizations in Wayne County,
Children’s Orthogenic Center and Phoenix Place. DCI
currently provides prevention and treatment services for children,
adolescents, adults and their families in northwest Detroit
and the western Wayne County suburbs. This loan is part of
a project to acquire and renovate three commercial buildings
located at West McNichols and Telegraph Road.
