Belmar Development Group, LLC is converting
the former Crystal Ballroom building in the historic Brush
Park district into a mixed-use development consisting of
17 for-sale loft condominiums, office and retail space.
The
1919 two-story building is located at 3100 Woodward, between
Charlotte and Watson. Residential units will range
in size from 890 to 1,960 square feet and will be priced
from $195,800 to $465,000, including secured on-site parking. The
Fund partnered with LaSalle Bank to finance this project.
